Stacy likes looking for ways to add more whimsy into her wardrobe. When she saw this quilting cotton, she immediately pictured outfits that would fit right into a Studio Ghibli or Wes Anderson film.
She bought 3 yards and used New Look pattern in 6509 and sewed a size 14. She's used this pattern before and the only alterations she made were taking in the side seams slightly on the bodice.
Once she started working on it (and decided on which buttons to use from Harmony) it was a quick sew.
Another thing Stacy likes, is when she can wear something for more than just one season. This jumpsuit with shorts may not be able to be worn in winter, but here's how she'd style it for spring, summer, and fall.
